Interview Details:

  1. Date: Saturday, 13th Sep 2025
  2. Time: 10 AM to 12:30 PM (Entry Time)

Job Summary:

  1. Role : Technical Support Executive
  2. Experience: 1 year to 4 years
  3. Job Location: Chennai

Eligibility:

  1. Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
  2. Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
  3. Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar/PAN
  4. Candidates to have registered EPs
  5. It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
  6. Good Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  1. Excellent Communication skill(verbal /Written)
  2. Typing skill (typing skills (Min 60 to 80 WPM))
  3. Troubleshooting Experience: diagnosing, and resolving complex issues with SOP documents
  4. Support Experience: Familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills for breaking down issues.
  5. Knowledge on any Ticketing tool , ITIL knowledge
  6. Exp 6+ months of experience in infra , Storage, Service Desk
  7. Knowledge and hands on experience on Google products. (Gmail,Calender,Meet,drive,Docs,Sheet,Slides, Gemini app, Notebook LLM,Keep,Sites,Forms,Appsheet)
  8. Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred

Step2: Click to login
Step3: Click New user (Register with us)
Step4: Select “BPO” in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)
Step5: Once completed, your TCS no. would be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.
Step6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.
