TCS BPS is hiring for any International Insurance professionals at TCS Pune.

Job Summary:

• Process: International Insurance/Insurance Operations (Life, Pensions, Annuities)
• Work Location: Pune (Sahyadri Park)
• 1 +Years of experience in any International Insurance and Good Communication skills

Position Summary:

• The Associate will be responsible for executing rule-based transactions that involve limited decision-making, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established process documents, procedure manuals, and contractual requirements.
• Key responsibilities include accurate data entry, information processing, and adherence to quality and performance benchmarks. The role may also involve communication via email or mail with TCS clients or their end customers.
• Associates are expected to manage intra-day and weekly workload fluctuations efficiently while consistently meeting turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Key Activities:

• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Develop a thorough understanding of systems and processes.
• Share regular process updates with the operations team.
• Ensure timely clearance of daily inventory and transactions.
• Identify and highlight gaps or required changes in current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Learn and understand various sub-processes within the function.
• Gain a sound understanding of insurance principles, including insurance contracting, claims, and policy servicing functions.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate Degree in any stream
• 1+ Years of professional experience preferably in operations
• Independent, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to prioritize work within assigned caseload
• Proficiency using MS Office with good typing speed
• A team player who can collaborate with team members and clients on daily basis and is able to participate in brainstorming session with Team Leaders and SMEs to help them identify process efficiency.
