Role & Responsibilities :

Must-Have :

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices
• Proven track record from developing and operating ServiceNow (4+ years)
• Experience in working according to agile, scrum or SAFe principles
• Experience of working with Integrations, E-bonding is preferred
• Experience in Production support of ServiceNow
• Certified System Admin (CSA)
• Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations. Consultancy experience will be advantageous
• Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Pro-activeness
• Being articulate & communicate effectively

Good-To-Have :

• Certified Application Developer (CAD) and other ServiceNow Certifications.
• Understanding on Business Processes and able to understand application design
• Experience working with Onsite-Offshore model
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Experience from working in CI/CD pipelines
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, CSS and HTML
• Experience in Angular JS, jQuery, Node.js and Apache Jelly
