Role & Responsibilities :
Must-Have :
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices
- Proven track record from developing and operating ServiceNow (4+ years)
- Experience in working according to agile, scrum or SAFe principles
- Experience of working with Integrations, E-bonding is preferred
- Experience in Production support of ServiceNow
- Certified System Admin (CSA)
- Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations. Consultancy experience will be advantageous
- Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Pro-activeness
- Being articulate & communicate effectively
Good-To-Have :
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) and other ServiceNow Certifications.
- Understanding on Business Processes and able to understand application design
- Experience working with Onsite-Offshore model
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Experience from working in CI/CD pipelines
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, CSS and HTML
- Experience in Angular JS, jQuery, Node.js and Apache Jelly
