Greetings from Sutherland.! We are hiring for Senior AR Associate.
Job Description:
- Should have overall experience of 1 to 3 years
- Should possess good knowledge of Physician Billing, ETM workflow, CPS, Legacy systems, PCS etc.
- Good analytical skills required.
- Good communication skills
- Should be flexible to work from office.
- Should be flexible to learn / explore new opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility of a Sr. Associate would be achieving daily KRAs assigned to him / her not limited to following
- Production Review of claims to liquidate and resolve outstanding AR or denials.
- Quality Complete production with minimal deviation or
- TOS Need to adhere to shift schedule, productive time on system.
Note:- Preference will be provided to candidates who can join immediately and/or candidates who have minimal notice period.
