SGS India – Job Description:
Expeditor will be deputed in clients office on continuous basis for close coordination with clients representative.
The Expeditor shall obtain a production and /or manufacturing milestone schedule detailing all SELLERs activities from engineering, procurement, fabrication and testing through to final delivery in accordance with the agreed Purchase Order delivery dates.
Expeditor shall monitor and expedite the Submission of Engineering Deliverables by SELLER as per the schedule agreed in the VDR / PO Terms & Conditions.
Expedite with DEC(Detail Engineering Consultant) for Review / Approval of Engineering Deliverables within the time frame agreed in the PURCHASE ORDER.
EXPEDITOR shall expedite with SELLER for submission of Final documentation including operating manuals, As Built drawings etc. (as per the requirement specified in the PO / VDR).
Working jointly with Construction, Engineering, Project Controls, Purchasing, Supplier Quality and Traffic and Logis
tics, the Expeditor shall identify critical items that require area expediting assignments.
