Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Process and manage a high volume of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements and identify any discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a back office or administrative role.
