NTT Data Virtual Drive For Freshers

In this Role, you will be Responsible For

1. Perform unwrapping of the shareholder details or the entities involved in the company
2. Conduct investigations, collect data, compile documentation and evidence, maintain accurate and detailed notes, and ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting to clients
3. Ensures accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs
4. Identify and resolve both regular and non-routine problems or escalate to Team Leader/Line Manager/Unit Head
5. Observe the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information received in the course of their responsibilities
6. Uses established tools and procedures to solve task-related problems:
7. Fact-finding
8. Information search and gathering
9. Verifying data – Compilation
10. Recognizes when there is insufficient information and brings problems to the attention of TL/Manager.
11. Monitors and tracks resolution of issues.

Requirements for this role include:

1. Basic understanding of the KYC/CDD domain
2. Ability to understand moderately complex transactions
3. Ability to understand and interpret source documents
4. Detail-oriented; ability to organize and multitask. Ability to make decisions.
5. Required computer skills: must have experience with data entry and word processing, possess a working knowledge of MS Office applications, and understand how to navigate through web-based applications
