- Process : US Healthcare (Inbound/Outbound Calls)
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing support for US healthcare clients.
- Ensure prompt and accurate service delivery aligned with defined productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Aim for first-call resolution by building strong client and domain understanding.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with BPO experience and complete documentation will be given preference.
- Not eligible : Candidates with degrees in B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, Hotel Management, or any other specialized/technical streams.
