- Do small groups interventions to selected learners as per need
- Review every learner’s work regularly and share feedback
- Run the program including sprint planning, sprint retrospection, daily stand-ups, group reviews, presentations, hackathons, etc … as per design
- Based on field observations, create specific learning objects (videos, FAQs, assignments, assessments, artefacts) in collaboration with product development team.
