Responsibilities:
- Drive detection, labeling, and remediation of all sensitive information across all the Microsoft tenant
- Analyze product performance and operability. Identify gaps and bugs and drive to resolution
- Manage availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency of services by engineering reliability into software and systems. Focus on operability of the service including security, privacy, resiliency, business continuity and disaster recovery

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related sciences – or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in Service Operations or Engineering environment
- 4+ years of experience in providing high level production support services
- 4+ years of experience managing a cloud environment
- Proven experience with
- SQL (MySQL/SQL Server/SQL Azure)
- High-level programming languages (C#/JAVA/JavaScript/PowerShell/Bash)
- Virtualization (Hyper-V/Cloud VM)
- Ability to read, write, and configure code for end-to-end service telemetry, alerting and self-healing capabilities
- Ability to create insights and data visualization from large quantities of data using data query, analytics, SQL, Kusto, PowerBI
- Experience as a database administrator
- Ability to create robust operational documentation
- Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) on point solutions and ability to manually simulate service outages Experience using Agile Development processes
- Good understanding of information security concepts
