Role & Responsibilities:
- The candidate would be responsible for handling incoming & making outgoing calls.
- Handling walk-in customers and convincing them to buy the product.
- Customer Relationship Management
- New Business Development
- Maintaining data and generating reports.
- Handling emails and coordinating with the corporate office.
- Other administrative day-to-day activities
