Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Quantity take off from GFC drawings for all structural and civil finishes works.
2. Preparation of BBS for Steel Quantity estimation from drawings.
3. Preparation Civil works BOQ (priced) and Compilation of required back up calculations for ERP upload.
4. Preparation of client & sub-contractors bills.
5. Monthly site visits to check the project work status and activities planned for the next month, Collection of Material reports from Site.
6. Preparation of Monthly budget & Material requirement as per the schedule collected from dept & Site every month.
7. Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement.
8. Tracking & monitoring the daily work progress at the project.
9. Quantity surveying, Cost plan reviews and management of claims and disputes.
10. Planning and controlling projects from conceptual and design phase to commissioning, including managing scope changes, identifying and resolving project problems.
11. Alongside project consultants and project managers, ensuring that project deliverable are in accordance with all applicable Codes, Standards and Specifications applicable to the project.
12. Establish and maintain effective communications and relationship with all members of the internal teams.
13. Monitoring and supervising Consultants and Contractors responsible for different project
14. Preparation of contractor bills.
15. Estimation of works.
16. Interior BOQ Preparations for Commercial Co-Working office spaces projects.
17. Cafeteria, Reception, Projects Interior BOQ Preparations.
