Job Description :

Job Overview:

The Contracts Engineer will be responsible for managing all contractual aspects of EPC construction projects, ensuring that contracts are executed in compliance with relevant legal frameworks, industry standards, and project requirements. The role involves working closely with project managers, legal teams, procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the projects while mitigating risk and ensuring compliance with contract terms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contractual letter Drafting & Review : Prepare, review, and negotiate EPC contracts, subcontracts, and other related agreements to ensure terms and conditions align with the company’s goals and legal requirements.
• Risk Management : Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts, proposing strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure the protection of the company’s interests.
• Dispute Resolution : Address and resolve any disputes or issues arising during the contract life cycle, including liaising with legal teams or external lawyers where necessary.
• Change Management : Manage contract amendments and changes in scope of work, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
• Compliance & Reporting : Ensure all contracts and related documents are in compliance with statutory regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Provide regular reports to senior management on contract status, risks, and any issues.
