Internify Hiring For Sales Associate
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Sales Generation:
- Promote and sell the company’s Digital Marketing Course to prospective customers.
- Achieve a minimum monthly target of 10 sales.
- Exceeding the target will lead to higher earnings.
Lead Communication:
- Engage and nurture leads to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Build rapport with potential customers through effective communication and product knowledge.
Target Achievement:
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets and take ownership of performance.
- Proactively identify and pursue additional sales opportunities.
Reporting:
- Regularly update the HR Manager on sales performance, challenges, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales status.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Performance Incentive
- ₹2,800 per sale for every successful enrollment.
- Consistently achieving the target (10 sales/month) ensures ₹28,000 monthly earnings or more.
Mobile Allowance:
- ₹500 per month to cover mobile communication expenses.
Working Conditions
- Type: Contractual role (not on payroll).
- Work Mode: Remote, work-from-home with flexible working hours.
- Reporting: Directly to the HR Manager.
- Target: A minimum of 10 sales per month (every month).
