Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment (Technology / Digital / Freshers / S&F domains).
- Strong corporate recruitment experience with proven ability in end-to-end hiring and bulk recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in Walk-in Drive Management.
- Proficiency in using multiple sourcing platforms (beyond job postings and mailer campaigns).
- Experience in hiring FTE/FTR talents.
- Familiarity with features of Virtual Hiring Drive Management Tools (e.g., virtual lobby, interview rooms).
- Ability to articulate knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clearing the assessment is mandatory.
