Teller / Welcome Desk – Operations role servicing walkin customers and Cross selling.
Personal Banker – Classic : Portfolio Management of Customer Groups, Sales targets.
Common Authorizer : Branch Operations, Team Handling, Process compliance
Branch Head : Profit Centre Head, Key Client management, Sourcing large ticket businesses
Preferred candidate profile
Min Graduate (Any stream)
Work Experience :
Teller / Welcome Desk : 0+ years of full time experience
Personal Banker – Classic : Minimum 3 years of full time experience majorly in sales, Portfolio management experience would be preferred
Common Authorizer : 5+ years of full time experience, Branch Operations experience mandatory, team handling experience preferred
Branch Head : Minimum 9 years of work experience, preferably in a similar role for at least a year, team handling, mandatory.
Locally available candidates preferred
Should mandatorily know Konkani or Marathi apart from English.
Should have own conveyance (for sales based roles)
