HCLTECH is conducting MEGA WALK IN DRIVE FOR FRESHERS- PROCESS ASSOCIATE ROLE- 4SEP2025
- BTECH, MTECH, BCA, MCA & LLB CANDIDATES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Only Freshers are eligible.
- Only for recent passed Non-Btech graduates.
- Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written).
- Proficiency in computer operating systems, MS Office applications (Word), typing speed (at least 40 wpm), and basic computer knowledge.
- Strong understanding of spoken English grammar rules and ability to communicate clearly over the phone/email/chat.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company records and databases
- Assist in the preparation of financial and operational reports
- Handle internal and external communications via email and phone
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist with inventory management and procurement processes
- Support in organizing company events and meetings
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Provide administrative support to senior management
