Responsibilities
Customer Service -Non voice roles
Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality.
Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines.
Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely.
Provide insights to help improve the support to the users.
Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies.
Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
Customer Service Voice roles
Respond to customer queries and customer’s concern
Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
Reproduce customer issues and advance product bugs
Provide excellent customer service to our customers
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduate (Any Discipline except Law)
Freshers are eligible
Candidates with previous exp.(upto 1 year) in customer service roles can also appear for interview,
