Genpact Mega Walk-In Drive for Freshers for International Chat+Voice (blended) support roles || Hyderabad on 5th September’25 (Friday)

Only 2020-2025 graduates are eligible. We are not considering post-graduates for this role. (Candidate should have provisional certificates/marksheets handy)

3. Experience: Only Freshers are eligible (we are not considering post graduates/ undergraduate/pursuing candidates for these roles)

5. Work Location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)
6. Shifts: Flexible with any shift

This role includes handling inbound/outbound calls and responding to customer queries.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Handle multiple chats at the same time (3+ Active Chats simultaneously)
2. Respond to the customer queries & issues in timely manner
3. Provide solution to the customer basis the available help articles and within the policies
4. Replicate customers issue and report necessary bugs/suggestions/ideas
5. Provide excellent services to the customers
6. Work closely with internal departments to provide the required information/support to the customer
7. Support technical queries related to Domain, Hosting, Server, SSL, Email, Site Lock, Site backup, or any other such product that is owned by end customer
8. Responsible to showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
9. Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies\
10. Upskill to enhance the knowledge time to time and offer support
11. Upsell existing and sell the relevant/next logical products to the new customers basis their business need/nature of business
12. Respond to customer queries and customer’s concern
13. Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
14. Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
15. Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications :

• Graduation in any discipline (except law)
• Freshers are eligible(Only 2020-2025 pass-outs) (Candidate should have marksheets handy)
• Must possess knowledge of Email Clients & Basics of Internet Technology (Websites, Domains, Hosting, Browsers, Security, etc.)
• Relevant experience in Customer Support through Phone and good in basic technical skills & Sales techniques

Preferred Pre-Requisites:

1. Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
2. Analytical skills with customer centric approach
3. Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
