Job Description:
- Build the Delivery executive headcount plan and get the signoff from Clusters across PAN India.
- Manage DE shipment allocation.
- Analysing and Identifying of Key Improvement Areas to lean and fasten the process and scale
- Preparing MIS data and share with Accounts Payable team on a weekly basis.
- Manage WM payment escalations and take it to resolution.
- Work with Accounts Payable team to ensure on time weekly payment to WMs.
- Work with Tech and Oracle team for tech issues and bring it to closure.
- Prepare and publish daily reports to Vendors.
- Prepare monthly billing data of Vendors.
- Ensure payment to Vendors.
