Role & Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and issues professionally via phone calls.
- Providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Documenting customer interactions and following up on outstanding queries.
- Working effectively within a team to meet performance targets.
- Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts, based on business requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in international customer support (voice process) is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to handle complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- A detail-oriented approach with good organizational skills.
Eligibility Note:
- Candidates who are freshers with qualifications such as BE, B.Tech, B.Sc, or Postgraduate degrees are not eligible for this role.
