What you will do
- 24X7 support for critical incident.
- Shift as per customer timings & rotation (night+Day).
- Ticket handling & provide resolution as per SLA.
- Adhoc reporting & monitoring.
- Handling lab issues.
- Troubleshooting via Splunk, AppD & other monitoring tools.
- Test & Deploy Hot Fix in LAB & Production.
- Simulate test various test scenario for defect testing or issue reproduction.
- Database queries & data extraction.
- Handling Customer requirement & implement the same in the Network.
You will bring
- Good Understanding of VAS domain.
- Experience in Operations & maintenance with good troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux, Python, Java, SOAP, REST, GIT & CI/CD.
- Experience in defect testing, reproducing defects in LAB, defect deployment & load testing.
- Understand & Knowledge of JIRA, Splunk, AppD, JMeter, & SQL Developer.
