About the Role:

We are seeking skilled individuals with a comprehensive understanding of derivatives and stock markets to join our team as Analysts. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct inter-system reconciliation and ensure accurate fund allocation for transactions
2. Collaborate with agents, counterparties, and clients to resolve queries and discrepancies promptly
3. Handle various stages of financial product life cycles, including KYC, reference data management, and document capture
4. Timely escalation of outstanding issues to clients
5. Preparation of internal and client reports as per process requirements

Basic Requirements:

1. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tight deadlines
2. Strong English communication skills
3. Proficiency in MS Office suite
4. Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills
5. Basic understanding of finance
6. Willingness to work in a fixed night shift

Assessment Rounds:

Location Criteria:

1. Candidates residing on Central Line (Kurla to Ulhasnagar) are eligible
2. Harbour Line (Kurla to Panvel) are eligible
3. Western Line (between Santacruz and Andheri) can apply
4. Applicants comfortable relocating to areas like Taloja, Sion, Ambivali, Uran, Ulwe, Navale, Diva, Mumbra, Wadala, Mira Road, Bhayandar, Badlapur, etc., are also welcome

Education & Qualification:

1. Commerce Freshers are encouraged to apply (must have all hardcopy graduation mark sheets & passing certificates)
2. B.E., B.Sc., and B.A. graduates can apply if they possess strong knowledge in Finance & Investment Banking

Not Eligible:

1. MBA pursuing candidates
2. Candidates pursuing CFA, CMA, CA, or CS

Additional Requirements:

1. No rotational shifts
2. comfortable with Work From Office (WFO)
3. Must be double vaccinated
4. open to night shifts
5. 1-year training agreement required
6. Male candidates must be okay with fixed night shifts
7. Preference for candidates without an active PF account
