Job Description:
- SA resource with strong Retirement background if not should have worked in Life & Annuity Insurance LOB
- Interacting with business users/stakeholders, conducting workshops for collecting and eliciting Business Requirements
- Converting high level information into clear concise documentation and presenting as Detailed Requirements, User Stories /Use cases
- Analyzing the impact of the requirements to existing application and coming up an alternate/new workflow
- Performing Re-usability analysis, Identifying Rule sets and preparing the Business Entity Model
- Performing Rules Harvesting for the captured requirements
- Conducting Requirements and Rule Harvesting walk through to the development team
- Document acceptance criteria and provide support the UAT process as required
- Planning and coordinating testing of system, leading to formal business sign off
- FLRI certified is preferred
