• Experience Required : 1 to 5 years

• Education : Graduation (Mandatory)
• Should be flexible for Night Shift.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional support with superior communication and listening skills
• Troubleshoot customer issues with strong technical and MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
• De-escalate customer frustrations with empathy and professionalism
• Manage multiple tasks and customer interactions efficiently
• Make sound decisions and adapt quickly to changes
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint

• Strong knowledge of customer service operations and business processes

• Flexible and dependable to support 24×7 operations including night shifts
