Job Description:

1. Pre Acquisition Phase: Coordinate with PjM & TPM and understand customer requirements (study customer drawings), identify standard Bosch library product to satisfy customer requirement / deisgn, raise a design order for creation of drawing, responsible for preparation of EVOB document based on the received drawing, feed technical details related to project (sensor), coordiante with production team, PPC team and CTG team for inputs related to costs enquiry, receive per piece cost from CTG and feed the same in iGPM (Integrated Global Process Management) tool in Quo Module
2. Technical Presentation for Review: After the award of business, preare technical presentation (possible offerings) for customer review meeting, provide technical offerings to customer and negotiate with customer related to offerings, prepare project timeline & milestones with PjM and share with customer for approval
3. Air Gap Analysis & Design Assessment: Coordinate with customer for Tonner Ring avalability, shipping of Tonner Ring to Bosch Germany, raise a test order for Air Gap Analysis and share the reports with customer and design team (India), conduct design assessment meeting (Germany) for freezing Base Type
4. Project Kick Off: Conduct internal project kick off with all stakeholders (China, Japan, Germany, India), conduct tooling kick off for soft tooling / hard tooling readiness
5. Project Execution: Initiate cable sourcing activity with PPC, coordinate with tooling team (China) for availability of tooling readiness and release, coordinate with CFT and perform all QG assesment using QAT (Quality Assessment Tool) in MCR (Management of Cost and Resources), coordinate with manufacturing team (China / Chakan) for sample (C&D) availability, carry out installation review at customer end on C sample, raise a requisition to Engineering department in Germany for PVT (Product Validation Test) & DVT (Design Validation Test) testing, share the outcomes of the tests with customers and get drawing and TCD release sign off
6. Technical Customer Documentation: Creation of the technical customer documentation (TCD) and other project documents after project award and bring to an agreement internally as well as with the customer (TCD release sign off)
7. Project Review: Issue, update and track project time schedules, coordinate internally and with customer for on time project delivery, follow up for sub suppliers, PPAP for production release, track project targets (development cost, PHEK and change cost), technical requirements and escalate to management level if necessary
8. WSS Change Over Manager for IN region: Gather VPZ/TPZ information from Sales / PjM / Manufacturing team for all WSS projects, update VPZ/TPZ data in to WSS Change Over List, attend Bi-Weekly meeting with all stakeholders for explaining current project status for IN region
9. Budget Planning: Coordinate with EVA team members to prepare the budget for EVA department, identify revenue / capital purchase items, coordiante with team and suppliers for quotations and technical discussion, coordinate wtih PIR for purchase through PR, tracking of PR / PO for delivery of items, support for custom clearance for imported items
10. Audits: Ensure compliance to customer audits, external & internal audits, process & system audits, CAU / AUD audits, TS, Quality & HSE audits.
11. Responsible for maintaining 5S, health, safety and quality compliance

Qualifications

BE – Mechanical with 2 to 5 years of experience
Responsible for submission of invoices / bills to Accounts, coordinating with Accounts team for release of payment – related to EVA
