Job Description Atos syntel recruitment :

Looking for a Sitecore architect who can translate the client business requirements into Sitecore functional, technical design and solution architecture; Guide the team to components, template, Layouts, Sublayouts, Workflow, Sitecore content delivery for .NET environment. Evaluates other CMS products/vendors; Defines best practices, establishes standards, actively contributes to creation of generic Sitecore modules, frameworks and reusable extensions You will teach, mentor and share knowledge, improve processes and develop systematic solutions to problem patterns.

Responsibilities

Define and document physical, logical and network solution architecture view for an integrated solution that includes Sitecore infrastructure, Digital Asset Management, Campaign Management, Microsites, Search etc.
Architecting Sitecore based Solution
Estimate effort for implementation of Sitecore designs.
Design and implement templates & layouts for Multi-site, Multi-lingual, Multichannel scenarios.
Design and Implement all schema types including metadata/parameter schemas.
Architect, design and Develop workflows.
Define & Implement security configuration using groups, roles and permissions.
Diagnose and solve common problems related to Sitecore implementation.
Support sizing, capacity planning and non-functional requirement specification, benchmarking and recommendations for Sitecore solutions.
Oversee installation, configuration and tuning of Sitecore in .NET environment.
Design and implement integrated / automated translation solutions for multi-lingual solutions using translation manager integrated with Sitecore or other external translation environments.
Evaluate other CMS products/vendors and articulate relative positioning of each CMS vendor in the multi-channel marketing and commerce space.
Participate in workshops with business and technical clients to support problem definition and identification of key business processes.
Liaise with Sitecore product engineering, professional services and support to help drive solutions.
Define best practices, development standards to manage performance and scalability of the CMS/CDS application and work with stakeholders to manage CMS performance issues and dependencies.
Define best practices for implementing content personalization solutions to enable targeted content delivery using Sitecore Profiling and personalization, SEO and Performance Optimization solution.
Design, configure and implement OMS from analytics integration and data capturing perspective

Skills & selection Criteria

(Must Have)

Well versed with most of the Sitecore capabilities and has hands on experience on architecting and implementing Sitecore 8.2 and above version platforms. Experience with PaaS solution
Certified in Sitecore 8.x and above
Proficient in JavaScript
Proficient in XML, XSL, XSLT, XHTML
Proficient in C#, Core .NET, COM, ASP.NET and Sitecore modules.
Expert in Sitecore foundational concepts, Proficient in layout design, Sub layouts, Templates, Workflows and Security.
Knowledge of Sitecore Alias is preferred.
Proficient in end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management and delivery processes.
Proficient in integration patterns with a Lucene, Search, Commerce package, Payment Gateways or other platforms.
Proficient knowledge of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management and delivery processes.
Good understanding of integration patterns with a Portal, Search, Commerce package or other platforms.
Estimate efforts for implementation of Sitecore designs.
Good at troubleshooting issues by going through Sitecore, windows logs.
Experience in defining and implementing Non-Functional requirements such as performance tuning, Caching, Tracing of web application
Database design and development
Experience in defining and implementing with secure coding practices – how to prevent SQL injections, Encrypted traffic, etc.
Hands on development on Sitecore 8.2 and above
Architecting, designing and development of Headless development
Architecting and designing Sitecore – Multi-Language implementation
Ability to install and setup local environment also define the best configurations
Experience in configuring Sitecore Analytics
Awareness/Implementation of the following is must
HTML & HTML5, JavaScript, CSS 3, XML, AngularJS & Responsive Development.

Desirable

Should have experience in Linux and windows servers
Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and hands on experience in working on oracle and SQL server.
