Roles and Responsibilities
Job Opening -Test Analyst -Test Execution & Design – Pune / Bangalore
Experience – 3 – 6 years
Experience working in both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall environments
Analyse design documentation/User Stories to identify and create test cases and test scripts
Provide evidence of test coverage through effective use of tooling
Ensure all User Stories have sufficient Acceptance Criteria before being accepted into a sprint
Identify requirements and set up test data to run scripts.
Identify dependencies between test scripts and other prerequisites to assist with test scheduling
Executing manual test scripts, capturing evidence and record actual results
Ensure high quality defects are raised in accordance with the defect management process, triaged and passed to the appropriate team for investigation and resolution
Support Business users in identifying and executing UAT test cases
Collaborate within Product / Scrum Teams to ensure all aspects of quality are constantly being considered, raising concerns where appropriate
Support and input into test progress and completion reporting
Actively participate in all agile “ceremonies”, project meetings, and workshops
Producing KPI data related to project related testing activities
Very strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
