Role & responsibilities:
- Interact client stakeholder teams to develop a strong understanding of the business processes & design data driven solutions
- Work with internal team of Decision Scientists & out-collaborate with clients to develop advanced analytics models/solutions (e.g. forecasting, churn, optimization etc.) using open sourced programming languages (e.g. R, Python) & SAS Platforms
- Comfortable working with different types of data to spot patterns or answer questions is a recurring job function. Interpret quantitative findings and create impactful & relevant recommendations for client stakeholders
- Strong Communication skills – Ability to collaborate & communicate results/status to technical practitioner group & senior business stakeholders
Skills & Competencies:
- Good understanding on SAS platform, software, base SAS, macros, unix scripting and CRON and good knowledge on Building Data Models/ and developing various reports in SAS (mandatory)
- Experience working in R, SQL, Python and visualization soft wares like Tableau, Power BI etc. (good to have)
- Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated
- Prior experience working in analytics/data science using SAS programming language
