About the role:

About You:

  •  3+ Years of Experience in creating data pipelines and sound knowledge in relational and dimensional data modelling.
  •  Good experience in designing and developing Patterns, Solutions for Change data Capture (CDC).
  •  Strong experience in designing and developing data pipelines for Data Ingestion and Reporting using Teradata Utilities.
  •  Strong work experience in implementing SCD Types and in ETL/ELT Frameworks.
  •  Solid understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lake and Data Mart concepts.
  •  Good experience in Data Profiling and Data Analysis.
  •  Proficient in SQL and has worked extensively in any of the Relational databases like Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server handling high volume of data.
  •  Good Experience in writing Unix Shell Scripts and Job Scheduling tools like Control M.
  •  Experience in Version control tools like Bit Bucket, Github.
  •  Demonstrated ability in working with business stakeholders to understand challenges and requirements, identify opportunities and design appropriate solutions.
  •  Experience in working with architecture groups developing scalable and supportable solutions.

Soft Skills:

  •  Strong communication and presentation skills.
  •  Team Player
  •  A problem solver that can interact efficiently with the Stakeholders and translate the business needs to feasible technical solutions.
  •  Good collaboration with the Team members, Stake holders, architecture groups.
  •  Should have the flexibility to take up new role as required in the Squad and learn new technologies.

Desired Skills:

  •  Good to have experience in Reporting tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau.
  •  Knowledge in Python will be preferred.
  •  Knowledge in Teradata utilities like BTEQ, Fast Load, Multi Load, TPUMP and also good understanding of Teradata Architecture.
  •  Good Knowledge of GCP Cloud Platform.
  •  Experience in CI/CD tools like Bamboo, CodeFresh.
  •  Good to have experience in Regulatory solutions and knowledge in Customer Data sets.
