- 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Age Limit: Up to 35 Years
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment, preferably in a similar role (Customer Service Voice Process).
- Excellent communication skills in English language for effective interaction with international clients.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
Salary Voice Process
- 6-12 Months: 19,000 In-hand
- 12+ Months: 22,000 In-hand
- 24+ Months: 23,000 In-hand
Salary Blended Process
- 6-12 Months: Up to 24,000 In-hand
- 12-24 Months: Up to 26,000 In-hand
- 24+ Months: Up to 28,000 In-hand
Shift Timings
- Male: 8 AM 12 AM
- Female: 7 AM – 8 PM
