Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform General Ledger (GL) accounting, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances.
- Support financial statement preparation and management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, controls, and procedures.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support close and reporting activities.
- Maintain strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and RTR processes.
- Hands-on experience in Record to Report, General Ledger, Month-End Closing, Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting.
