Job Description:
We are seeking experienced professionals with a background in International Insurance Voice Processes to join our team as a Senior Process Executive (SPE). The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, policy-related queries, claims support, and delivering exceptional customer service while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to insurance policies, claims, and policy servicing.
- Provide accurate information and resolution to customers within defined timelines.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Meet productivity, quality, compliance, and attendance targets.
- Adhere to process guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and support process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1 to 4 years of experience in International Insurance Voice Support.
- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C), Auto, Homeowners, Claims, Policy Servicing, or related insurance processes preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in US Night Shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Proficient in handling customer interactions over calls.
- Graduation in any discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with US insurance customers.
- Knowledge of insurance terminology and policy lifecycle.
- Ability to manage challenging customer situations professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
