Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for Personal Loan products.
- Contact prospective customers through calls and direct interaction.
- Understand customer financial requirements and explain suitable loan options.
- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to disbursement.
- Collect and verify customer documents as per process requirements.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Banking, NBFC, BFSI or financial sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.
- Freshers with strong sales potential may also be considered.
