Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day production activities as per the production plan.
- Ensure smooth operation of the production line and achieve daily targets.
- Monitor manpower, machine performance and material availability.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for production-related issues.
- Follow SOPs, GMP, safety and quality standards.
- Identify production deviations, downtime and wastage and report to the supervisor.
- Support productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices on the shop floor.
- Assist in achieving production and efficiency KPIs.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in FMCG / Beverage / Manufacturing / Bottling industry
