Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Business Loans, and Gold Loans.
- Generate leads through branch references, open market sourcing, customer referrals, and relationship-building activities.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable lending products.
Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to disbursement/card activation. - Achieve monthly acquisition, revenue, and productivity targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure high-quality sourcing in line with bank policies and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and branch teams for faster processing and disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and cross-functional teams.
- Regularly track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
- Provide product and process awareness sessions to branch teams to improve lead generation.
- Ensure complete documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
