Role & responsibilities
- Acquire new Savings Account and Current Account customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly CASA account opening targets.
- Mobilize deposits and increase CASA balances.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable banking solutions.
- Cross-sell banking products such as Credit Cards, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, and Loans.
- Conduct market mapping to identify business opportunities.
- Arrange customer meetings and presentations.
- Ensure proper KYC and account opening documentation.
- Follow all banking policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
- Coordinate with branch teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Track daily sales activities and maintain MIS reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and business growth targets.
- Develop corporate and business relationships for account acquisition.
Preferred candidate profile
1-3 years of experience in banking/customer service and Freshers are also welcome if you are interested in Field slae
