Responsibilities
Quality check of fatal & serious cases, to keep daily track of quality metrics of the case-processing defects, communication of quality metrics to case processing associates and discussion about steps taken to correct the errors, ensure the quality of the deliverable is as expected
Minimum Educational Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate/Doctorate degree in Life sciences/Pharmacy/Medical sciences or equivalent degree
Preferred candidate profile
- 3+ years of safety case processing/quality review experience in Pharmacovigilance safety databases like Veeva Safety and Argus.
- Fluency in English
