Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Technical Investigation & Issue Resolution Diagnose and resolve technical issues across business accounts and platform integrations.
- Troubleshoot: Partner API integration failures Webhook delivery and event processing issues Authentication and access-related problems Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup and recovery Message template submission, approval, and delivery issues Ads account and business account configuration issues Perform root cause analysis using logs, system diagnostics, API responses, and monitoring tools. Escalate platform defects and coordinate resolution with Engineering and Product teams.
- Develop troubleshooting documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. Identify recurring issues and recommend automation or process improvements.
- Support reporting and analysis to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. 2+ years of experience in: Technical Support / Technical Solutions API Operations / Platform Operations Business Account Support Enterprise Customer Enablement Ads or Messaging Platform Operations Strong understanding of: REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks Cloud applications and system integrations Authentication flows and MFA Troubleshooting methodologies and incident management Ability to analyze logs, identify root causes, and drive issue closure.
