Role & responsibilities
- Handle a portfolio of Kotak 811 Customers via Calls
- Build Strong Relationship and act as a single point of contact
- Resolve Customer Queries related to accounts, transactions and services
- Customer Relationship Management
Sales & Cross Selling
- Promote and sell banking products such as Fixed Deposit / Recurring Deposit, Personal Loan, Credit Cards, Insurance & Investment Product
- Achieve monthly revenue and cross sell targets
Portfolio Management
- Track Customer Behavior and Identify upsell opportunities
- Retain High Value Customers and reduce attrition
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong Communication & interpersonal Skills
- Sales Orientation with Customer First Mindset.
- Good Knowledge of Banking Products & Financial Services
- Ability to Handle Digital Tools / CRM Systems
- Problem Solving and Multitasking Skills
