Job Description:
Key Competencies & Skills
Essential
- Strong knowledge of SMT machine operations and assembly processes.
- Familiarity with electronic components, both Surface Mount Devices (SMD) and Plated Through-Hole (PTH).
- Expertise in hand soldering/assembly of SMT, PTH components, and mechanical hardware.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Execute SMT and Plated Through-Hole (PTH) component assembly on PCBs.
- Perform precise rework on SMT components (including BTC components) and PTH components.
- Read, interpret, and follow verbal instructions, sample boards, and technical work documentation.
