Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
- Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in an International Voice Process (US/UK) or similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
