Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
- Process customer invoices accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Validate sales orders, pricing, contracts, and tax information before invoice generation.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing in accordance with customer contracts and company policies.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, invoice disputes, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance to resolve order and billing issues.
- Process credit notes, debit notes, invoice adjustments, and cancellations as required.
- Monitor billing queues and ensure adherence to established turnaround times and KPIs.
Maintain accurate customer master data related to billing. - Support month-end and year-end closing activities by ensuring billing completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze billing reports, aging reports, and operational metrics.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
