Role & responsibilities
- Candidate from Insurance background would be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Motor Insurance and Drive Motor insurance sales through the agency channel.
- Primary role – Drive sales through the agency network, create a distribution network of agents.
- Responsible for Recruitment, onboarding and activation of Partners/Agents.
- Helping Partners/Agents in the sales calls by traveling with them for the same.
- Conduct continuous agent training program.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
Requirement
- Comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment
- Freshers interested in field sales can also apply.
- Looking for someone local or familiar with area.
