Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Associate with 0 to 1 year of experience (or fresh graduate) to support AR operations, including cash application and collections. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and flexibility to work in night shifts.
Required Qualifications & Skill/Support
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting.
- 0 to 1 year of experience or fresh graduate with good accounting knowledge.
- Basic understanding of AR processes (cash application, collections & claims).
- Familiarity with MS Excel (basic level).
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, NERP, etc.).
- Excellent Communication skills
- Candidates should be comfortable in NIGHT shift ( 4:00 pm to 1:00 AM )
Key Responsibilities
Cash Application
- Apply customer payments accurately to respective invoices. Reconcile payments with bank statements and resolve mismatches.
- Track unapplied cash and follow up for allocation.
Collections & Follow-ups & Claims
- Support collection activities by following up on outstanding invoices. Communicate with customers and client regarding payment status and due amounts.
- Maintain records of collection activities and updates. Support month-end closing activities and reporting.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Ensure timely and polite responses to customer queries.
