Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) with strong scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and optimize CMDB data accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable solutions and support end-to-end ITOM implementations.
- Troubleshoot issues, enhance platform capabilities, and ensure adherence to best practices and governance.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong experience in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping.
