- Experience in Airline Reservations & Ticketing / PNR creation and updation / Ancillary Services / ticket reissue, revalidation / EMD / DCS
- Mandatory additional skillset – Disruption Management / Group Management / Revenue Integrity / Revenue Management
- Working knowledge of Amadeus GDS
- Adaptable to change and ability to work under pressure and high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ok for 24×7 rotational shifts
