Job Description:

Store Manager:

  • Operating the store with focus on lowest cost operations and high OTIFs (On-Time In-Full)
  • Developing the last mile network and maintaining a strong recruitment pipeline
  • Mapping locality catchment to ensure serviceability and optimize reach
  • Driving localization of assortment to match customer preferences
  • Executing market development activities and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Achieving high NPS (Net Promoter Score) from customers
  • Ensuring instock levels and product availability
  • Leading team development, training, and managing attrition within required levels
  • Optimizing store layout and applying Kaizen for best-in-class P2D (Pick-to-Delivery)
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders impacting store operations

Cluster Manager:

  • End-to-end operations across multiple dark stores within the assigned cluster
  • Driving operational excellence, ensuring inventory accuracy, and streamlining last-mile deliveries
  • Managing Store Managers and ensuring adherence to processes, SLAs, and safety standards
  • Proactively engaging to resolve customer issues and acting on feedback to improve experience
  • Continuously improving delivery accuracy, speed, efficiency, and visibility of touchpoints
  • Planning and managing operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Implementing structures and roles that support rapidly shifting business demands
  • Building a culture of Customer Obsession aligned with Flipkarts strategic goals

Fleet Coach:

  • Owning last mile service metrics across the assigned cluster and driving operational efficiencies
  • Ensuring discipline among the fleet of delivery executives and resolving disputes/strikes to maintain a healthy work environment
  • Conducting demand vs supply forecasting and ensuring optimal fleet mix for each store
  • Collaborating with store teams to design and roll out payout structures that motivate delivery executives
  • Driving training sessions on company policies, safety protocols, and customer interaction best practices
  • Monitoring fleet performance through regular evaluations and providing actionable feedback
  • Addressing grievances promptly and coaching delivery executives to improve performance
