Job Description:
This role involves providing customer service via calls, addressing customer queries using various frontoffice airline tools, and ensuring seamless resolution with excellent communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via inbound/outbound calls using airline-specific tools and queues.
- Understand customer issues and respond appropriately with clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain accuracy while working across multiple systems/tools.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, process guidelines, and quality parameters.
- Continuously update self with process knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation and good voice modulation.
- Strong comprehension skills to understand varied customer queries.
- Neutral voice & excellent accent with good grammar.
- Strong customerservice orientation with empathy and patience.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple digital tools.
Desired Skills
- Experience in airline industry (reservations/ticketing).
- IATA certification (preferred).
- Experience in hospitality, logistics, or international BPO.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year BPO experience (mandatory).
- Qualification: HSC or Graduation.
- Graduates/Undergraduates eligible (Except MBA, B.Tech, BCA, BSc IT/CS, BE, MTech, MCA, CA as per internal JDs).
- Excellent English communication is a must.
Work Environment
- Work From Office Mindspace Airoli East, Navi Mumbai.
- 5 days working with 247 rotational shifts.
