Role & responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products
- Showcase gold, diamond, and other jewellery collections effectively
- Explain product features, pricing, making charges, and offers clearly
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the showroom
- Handle billing processes and coordinate with the cashier
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Keep updated with latest jewellery trends and product knowledge
- Follow company policies, security, and stock handling procedures
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in retail sales (jewellery experience preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with customer-handling ability
- Basic knowledge of jewellery (gold, diamonds, gemstones) is an advantage
